Practice Everyday

Everyone is encouraged to do a daily practice to build strong foundational energy centers (Lower Dan Tian and Snow Mountain Area), and an open Message Center (heart chakra). Practice with people around the world by teleconference or Master Sha via DVD and multiply the benefits.

Although benefits from a daily practice vary by individual; over time, you may experience an increase in energy, vitality immunity, stamina and longevity. Strong foundational energy centers are essential to opening your spiritual channels.

Although Soul Healing Blessings are offered at the end of most events and programs, two special programs are dedicated to offering soul healing blessings to humanity as unconditional universal service. Receive blessings for any life issue for yourself, friends or loved ones.

  • Free Soul Healing Blessings for Humanity every Saturday, 11 am — 12 noon Pacific Time via webcast or telephone.
  • Soul Song Blessings for Universal Love, Universal Forgiveness, etc., bring blessings of divine love and light to every cell of your being. Watch the videos often, enjoy the beautiful songs and benefit from the countless blessings.
