Here in Australia, October is a month dedicated to mental health awareness. There are so many aspects to this. I was rather amazed when I looked at the website for mental health awareness, what they focus on. Their 10 tips for stressing less included focusing on gratitude, increasing patience, focusing on social connections, and more. Their tagline was “Share the Journey”. Obviously, this was about sharing the pain so as not to carry the pain alone or go into isolation. But there is potentially a bigger message in this message of sharing the journey. Read more
