Welcome to Dr Sha.com. This site is provided by the Institute of Soul Healing and Enlightenment™ (referred to throughout this site as “DrSha.com”) as a service to our customers.
When you place a service order, it will be delivered based upon its classification:
All services purchased through the site drsha.com and our locations are nonrefundable.
If you selected the wrong service by mistake, please email us within 24 hours of the purchase to have the correct service added to your account at no charge.
DrSha.com can ship to many different locations around the world. If your country does not appear in the destination at the time of the check out, please send us an email and write “Shipping Question” in the subject line. We will be happy to answer any shipping questions you might have. Depending on the product, multiple shipping option could be available. Some products cannot be shipped internationally but may be available at our locations around the world. In such case, please contact your nearest center for availability.
When you place a product order, it will be fulfilled and ship out within 1 – 4 business days. Your delivery time depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.
You may return only new, unopened products sold and fulfilled online by DrSha.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked. The shipping fees for returning a product will not be refunded. If the package is damaged, please contact your local post office.

DrSha.com does not accept returns for the following products:
If you received a defective product (for example the CD is not readable) and need to exchange it for the same product, please email to request a replacement. Please write “Exchange” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email. We will replace the item if it is in still available or offer you a refund. Please understand that it takes us 3 – 7 business days to process exchanges and ship out a replacement product once it has arrived at one of our warehouses.
When you are returning a product, please include the following :
Our customer service team will confirm when the product has been received and the refund or exchange has been processed.
Products sold onsite at during our events or our point of sales are non-refundable.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product(s). In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 – 7 business days of our receiving and approving your return. \\\\If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day that you sent us your return, please email us at for further assistance. Please write “Processing of Refunds” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email.
Products that meet our returns policy will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product only. Shipping fees, duties and import taxes are non refundable.
You may cancel your registration for an event (e.g., Workshops, Retreats, etc.) that you purchased from us and is produced by us up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to the refunded amount. Under 30 days prior to the start of the event no refund will be processed.
You must email our customer service team requesting a cancellation at email@example.com.
Changes from onsite to online (webcast) attendance or from Online to Onsite attendance will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the event. An administrative fee of $100 and the change of registration fee (if higher) will be applied.
Under 30 days, no change from Onsite to Webcast will be accepted. A change from Webcast to Onsite could be accepted within the remaining capacity of the room. An administrative fee of $100 and the change in registration fee (if higher) will be applied.
If the organizer of the event was in the impossibility to hold the event or offer an alternative way to hold the event a full refund of the event fees paid will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation. The travel, accommodation and any other personal costs incurred by the participants are non-refundable.
Education classes delivered by Tao Academy with a certification follow the Refund policy of the education programs, communicated with the enrollment to the course.
Video on demand and online programs are non refundable.
All Divine Downloads offered through Master Sha and/or at DrSha.com, including Divine Healer transmissions, Divine Soul Transplants and all other Divine Blessings, including Karma Cleansings and Divine Future Life Blessings, are unique on Mother Earth at this time. Divine Downloads and Blessings are delivered at the soul level. The Divine’s deep compassion and generosity in offering these treasures to humanity is incomprehensible. Your monetary honoring of these gifts is an expression of your gratitude and understanding that they are priceless.
In receiving these divine gifts, you are receiving access to divine frequency never before brought to Mother Earth in this way. In offering your honoring fee, you are making a contribution to the Divine Mission to transform the consciousness of humanity and all souls and enlighten them to create love, peace and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth and the universe. Your contribution is deeply appreciated.The policy at DrSha.com is to make no refunds on any Divine Downloads, Karma Cleansings or other Divine Blessings. Please be very thoughtful in your decision to receive these divine treasures and in making your contribution.
If you choose to visit or shop at DrSha.com, your visit and any dispute over shipping, returns and refunds are subject to this policy and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any claim relating to these policies shall be exclusively prosecuted in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
