Venier Wong has over 30 years of senior leadership, business consultation, change management, program and policy innovation, leadership and organizational transformation, and education and training experience in international, national, and community non-profits and organizations, as well as different levels of government.
She has worked in many sectors, including international development, education, labour, justice, and public sectors in the areas of health, restorative healing, and justice, community economic development, leadership development and empowerment, organizational change and capacity building, and social change education.
Venier has worked on vital global issues such as human rights, community health, violence against women and children, poverty, gender and racial equality, and social economic justice across the world from Africa, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, South Asia, South East Asia, and the U.S.
Venier has a passion for service and has dedicated her life to service. She has volunteered in situations of war and conflict, on international peace projects, and has been an executive board member for many leading international and humanitarian organizations.
